Installation shots of two-person exhibition with Diana Thorneycroft. My component was the blue neon words and the curtain of polyethylene strips, which was 24’ wide and 8’ deep. Diana’s component consisted of photos of “abused’ dolls and text written in match heads,; sections of which were lit once a day for the duration. The lower halves of dolls “emerging’ from the wall were also hers. Gregorian chants played during exhibition hours. The smell of the sulphur from the ignited matches lingered in the air.
